What actually happens when you come in
NEW PATIENTS
If you have never had an aesthetic treatment before, the not-knowing is usually the hardest part. Here is exactly how a first visit works, what it costs, and what you are agreeing to at each step.
Your first visit, start to finish.
Step 1 - Consultation and assessment
We start by talking. What is bothering you, what you are hoping for, and what you have had done before, if anything. Then Tina reviews your medical history and assesses your face in person, at rest and in motion, because how your muscles actually move determines what will and will not work. Nothing is recommended before this. Not a product, not a unit count, not a price.
Step 3 - Treatment
If you decide to move forward, you will review and sign consent forms that cover the specific treatment, its risks, and its aftercare. Then we treat. Some patients treat the same day as their consultation. Plenty go home and think about it, and come back later. Both are completely normal.
Step 2 - Your plan, in plain language
You will hear what may help, what will not, what it would cost, and what to realistically expect, including how long results tend to last and what maintenance looks like. Sometimes the honest recommendation is to do less than you came in asking for. Sometimes it is to wait. That is a real answer, not a soft sell for something more expensive.
Step 4 - Aftercare and follow-up
You will leave with written aftercare instructions and a direct way to reach us with questions. Most results develop over days to weeks rather than appearing immediately, so we follow up rather than waiting for you to wonder whether something is working.

A few practical things
How long should I plan for
Plan on an hour for a new patient consultation. Treatment can sometimes be done within that same hour. Other times the appointment runs longer with treatment, depending on the treatment type and scheduling availability. Every treatment plan is individualized.
Is there a consultation fee
The consultation fee is $60. You pay $50 when you book, and the $10 balance at your visit. The full $60 is applied to your appointment.
What should I bring
A list of your current medications and supplements, and your medical history including any allergies, prior reactions, and previous aesthetic treatments. If you have had injectables elsewhere, knowing what product and roughly when is genuinely helpful.
Should I come with a bare face
It helps. Assessment is easier without makeup, and if you treat the same day, makeup comes off anyway.

Guests are welcome.

How payment and scheduling work
What we accept
Cash, debit, and credit cards. A 3 percent surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
Financing
CareCredit and Cherry are both available for patients who would rather spread payments out.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Your $50 booking fee is applied to the cost of your service. If you cancel inside that window or do not show, the $50 is kept as the cancellation fee instead. It is not a second charge.
Appointments
We see patients Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, by appointment only.

What we will not tell you
We will not tell you a treatment is right for everyone, because none of them are. We will not promise a specific result, because outcomes depend on your anatomy, your history, and how your body responds. We will not tell you results are permanent, because they are not. Most are long-lasting with maintenance, and you should plan for that. What you will get is a straight assessment, a plan built for your face, and someone who will tell you when the answer is no.
