Neurotoxin is the most requested treatment in medical aesthetics and the easiest one to do badly. Overdone, it reads immediately — a forehead that doesn't move, brows that sit wrong, a face that looks managed. Done well, nobody can tell. They just think you look rested.
We dose for movement. That means treating the muscles that are creating the lines you don't want while leaving you the expression you do want, and it means starting conservatively and building rather than overcorrecting on day one.
HOW IT WORKS
What neurotoxin actually does
Neurotoxin products are purified proteins that temporarily reduce the signal between a nerve and a specific muscle. When that muscle contracts less, the skin folding over it creases less, and dynamic lines soften over the following days.
Two things follow from that, and both matter:
It works on movement lines, not on all lines. Lines that appear when you make an expression respond well. Lines etched into the skin at rest respond less, and are often better addressed with skin treatments or filler. Part of the consultation is telling you which kind you have.
It is not permanent. Results are long-lasting rather than permanent, and maintenance is expected. Most patients return on a regular schedule; how often varies by person, by area, and by dose.
THE PRODUCTS WE CARRY
Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, and Xeomin
All four are botulinum toxin type A. They differ in formulation, in how quickly they tend to take effect, and in how they spread through tissue — which makes some better suited to particular areas or particular patients than others.
There is no single best one. The right product depends on the area being treated, how your muscles behave, how you have responded to neurotoxin before, and your medical history. That choice is made at consultation, together, and the reasoning is explained rather than assumed.

Who is an appropriate candidate
Appropriate candidates are determined at consultation. Neurotoxin is not right for everyone, and there are medical histories, medications, and conditions that make it inappropriate or require it to be deferred. That review happens before anything is recommended.

What to expect
The appointment — Assessment, then treatment. Injections are quick. An established patient's visit is usually 30 minutes or less; a first visit runs longer because of the consultation.
Onset — Results develop over days rather than appearing immediately. Full effect typically takes a couple of weeks.
Aftercare — You will leave with written instructions covering activity, positioning, and what to watch for.
Follow-up — We check in. If something needs adjusting, that conversation happens with the person who treated you.
