These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Sunshine Spa & Aesthetics (“we,”

“our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment or receiving services, you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments & Consultations

All appointments require a valid credit card and a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. New

clients must complete a consultation and intake form prior to treatment. We reserve the right to decline

or postpone treatment based on provider discretion.

2. Late Policy

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and the

cancellation policy may apply.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less

than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows may be subject to a fee of $50 or the full cost of service. Repeat

no-shows may result in termination of the provider-client relationship.

4. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and valid gift

certificates. A surcharge applies to all card transactions. There are no refunds for completed services.

All sales are final. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are elective, non-emergency medical procedures provided for aesthetic and wellness

purposes. Results vary. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Clients must provide accurate and complete health information before all treatments.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to safety

concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with policies.

7. Photography & Marketing

Photos and videos are required for all treatments to document progress and results. With your written

consent, we may use before-and-after photos or testimonials for marketing purposes. You have the

right to decline marketing use at any time.

8. Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website

and will apply to all future appointments and services.
